Distillatio materiae valde impurae atmosphaerica pressione non attentari debet; aliter productum velocissime obscurat. Post unam distillationem sub vacuo, distillatio in pressura atmosphaerica perfici potest sine nimia compositione et obscuratione. Liquor mucosae membranas exasperat.
